The Corde
The Corde is the inside track. English Councils are in trouble, having lost half of their funding since the credit crunch. Investing in development and regeneration is risky enough, but hollowed out Councils add to that risk. The Corde identifies Councils that are financially stressed, before they declare bankruptcy, giving you the inside track to the places that are most receptive to your investment.
